With the FLIR E96 Advanced Thermal Imaging Camera you can safely survey high-voltage and hazardous targets while quickly diagnosing electrical and mechanical failures with the 640 x 480 pixel thermal camera.
Outstanding thermal imagery
The 640 x 480 thermal resolution plus UltraMax and MSX image enhancement ensure the camera produces the most vibrant, easiest-to-interpret images in its class.
Interchangeable AutoCal™ lenses offer complete coverage of near and distant targets, with the laser distance meter ensuring the crisp focus needed for accurate temperature measurement. The onboard Inspection Route feature runs pre-planned survey routes to help inspectors stay organized when surveying large or multiple locations.
It features a laser distance meter and 14 and 24° lenses, offering coverage of near and distant targets. Additionally, it comes with FLIR’s Thermal Studio Starter.
It comes with one of the following lenses (please specify) which is applicable to your application. Extra lenses can be purchased separately to increase the versatility of your camera.
What lens do you need?
14°, 29 mm lens: this telephoto lens has a narrow field of view for precise focus and crisp imaging of distant targets.
24°, 17 mm lens: often considered the “standard” lens, the 24° x 18° field of view allows users to remain a safe distance from energized equipment (e.g 3 m/6.6 ft) while still obtaining a crisp focus on smaller targets.
42°, 10 mm lens: this wide-angle lens captures the largest field of view for imaging buildings, roofs, or other areas where it’s important to gather the most information in a single image.
STREAMLINED REPORTING
Onboard integration with FLIR routing software*, a built-in mic for voice annotation, and report generation features all help the E96 streamline your workday.
Exx-Series cameras come equipped with FLIR Inspection Route. This camera mode guides users along a defined route across multiple locations and organizes images and data connected with each inspected asset. Users create a route in FLIR Thermal Studio Pro* with the Route Creator* plugin, then download it to the camera to streamline inspections and speed up post-processing and reporting.
